This is ideal for the couple that would like to plan their own wedding, but have help with solidifying the final details and handling the day-of implement PREPARATION FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY We'll work together starting a few months prior to your wedding day to build your timeline for the day-of. I'll help you work through the how's and who's for making it happen, and will remind you about all of the things you haven't thought of yet. We do this over coffee or cocktails and make it enjoyable! VENDOR COORDINATION In preparation for the big day, I'll be in touch with all of your vendors to introduce myself and confirm timing details. We get on the same page in advance, so we arrive to the wedding day feeling like a team! REHEARSAL I'll direct your ceremony rehearsal, in partnership with your officiant, to organize and explain to your wedding party and VIPs their responsibilities, positioning and timing. You and your wedding party will leave feeling relaxed and prepared for the upcoming ceremony, with a clear understanding of how it will run. WEDDING DAY I will be on-site for up to 12 hours to manage the timing and flow of your wedding day. This includes vendor management, decor setup, facilitating the wedding ceremony, managing the flow of guests, coordinating with your entertainment, and assisting you, your wedding party and your family throughout the day to ensure everyone is having a blast and the event is running like clockwork.
